I have promotional credits for stock fees and most of my transaction fees are free.

16 shares of MCD to reduce my total of MCD in my portfolio
53 shares of RCII to collect that I invested before

BOUGHT
100 shares IGT
70 shares PETS
40 shares PEB
52 shares CC
24 shares BMY
30 shares CCL

It will add $402 to my yearly dividend income.

August 2019 Dividends and Passive Income Progress. Reached my $1K goal!

Hello guys, I had a very active trading month. My new investments started to pay dividends as well. I reached my old goal of $1000. Since I sold my rental house I am setting a new goal of passive income $2000 per month. My total passive earnings for August was $1174.48, which includes $610.14 from dividends and 314.34 from interest, $200 one time bonus from etrade and $50 from discover. Here my dividends by stocks AAPL $10.17 ARR $8.50 BMO 22.13 BMY $10.84 GEL $37.25 GIS $23.78 HCP $35.04 KMI $19.48 NEA $5.97 NOK $3.32 OHI $71.11 O $9.48 PETS $44.55 PG $36.56 RY $15.87 SEMG $23.15 SIG $11.47 SKT $47.22 SPG $31.01 T $39.27 TD $22.35 VOD 35.05 VZ 17.14 WIN $1.83 IGT $27.60 Total $610.14 + $314.34 interest - I plan to reinvest some of money which earning this interest right now into more dividends stocks + $200 - one time bonus from etrade +$50 - one time reward from Discover (refer a friend) Total of $1,174.48!!! Investment Activity for the week of August 19 2019

This week I finished to invest all available money I had in etrade account and I began to use my promotions for free trades for Fidelity. Since I sold one of my rental properties and I am not sure if I want to buy another one (unless I find some awesome deal I really want to have, which I doubt), I am slowly reinvesting into dividends stocks. Right now when I am driving, I am listening to the audio book "The Warren Buffet Way: Investment Strategies of the World's Greatest Investor" by Robert Hagstrom and this book is very inspiring. It feel like a confirming message for me that I am on a right path. Even with all market ups and down, I feel really excited being able to add more positions to my portfolio. But next year I am planning to follow Phil Town's strategy on sales, when you buy and eventually sell, when you reach certain profit amount.
