February is usually one of low dividends income month for me. I only purchase Target in my Loyal3 account. I am studying for my Real Estate Licence right now, still looking for a good real estate deal to invest/flip plus helping my mom to relocate from Florida to Texas. I also attended one of Real Estate 3 days seminar in February. This is why I am not being very active. I wrote how we started Dividend Stocks portfolio for my daughter and keep track of our progress  here . In January only one stock paid dividends LHO $20.17 February Dividends PG $11.86 RY $13.25 T $19.32 Total $44.43 We didn't purchase any stocks in the year of 2017 yet but I just transferred $1500 from her bank account.
