I opened LendingClub account

I am very excited to let you all know that I finally open my LendingClub account.

I decided to put just $100 per month for now and see how it work.

So I picked 4 notes, each $25 dollars.


Note 1 - 5.32%
Note 2 - 10.49%
Note 3 - 10.49%
Note 4 - 17.99%

When I pick my notes I checked
- credit score of borrower
- reason for borrowing
- occupation and ownership/rent
- number of delinquencies

I will keep you posted about my progress.

In March I bought  55 shares of HRB - H&R Block 30 shares of WFC - Wells Fargo March was the best dividend month for me! Dividends received in March 2016: BBL $22.34 CNP $40.53 COP $6.08 FCPT $89.30 ESV $0.31 F $62.71 FTR $36.77 HOG $5.67 JNJ $15.35 KSS $0.58 MAT $32.89 MCD $30.79 PEP $15.77 PFE $16.09 RYAM $1.22 RYN $13.63 SE $16.44 TGT $11.44 UL $17.03 WU $10.13 Total $445.07 This is 33% increase comparing to March 2015. Investment Activity for the week of August 12 2019

This was my last week of free trading through Etrade. I was busy with my house projects beginning of the week and missed some low price for some stocks days. I usually purchase my stocks Thursday/Friday but I start thinking to move my stock purchases to Monday/Tuesdays and then follow up other days. I totally forgot that on top of free trades for two months, I was supposed to receive $200 bonus from Etrade. So it was a pleasant surprise. :) I still have $6k left to invest in my Etrade account, so I will buy more stocks in next couple of weeks. Good thing that even my free trades are over, Etrade switched me to $4.95 per trade instead of $6.95. Each dollar counts, right? :) I start thinking that until the end of this year I might only buy stocks and sell some losers to offset some capital gains, because I will have a huge tax bill from the sale of my rental house.
